Yejia Optical Technology (Guangdong) Corporation, as the subsidiary of Yejia Group, mainly manufactures silicone products and optical lenses. Founded in 2009, we're experienced in mold design and mold making, liquid injection molding, silicone over-molding, compression molding and plastic injection molding.
With in-plant mold making department, advanced imported mold making and liquid injection molding production equipment, for now, we have set up over 10,000 square meters workshops for liquid injection molding, various class 100,000 clean production workshops for silicone injection molding and 100,000 clean UV activation surface treatment workshop for custom silicone products. Our Advantage
Mold Making
A workman must first sharpen his tools if he is to do his work well. To manufacture high quality liquid injection molding silicone products, it is necessary to have good LSR molds. Not only we have imported many advanced mold making and inspection equipment, but also we have many excellent Japanese engineers to do the mold making management, so to ensure the mold precision while in processing.
Liquid Injection Molding
Liquid injection molding is similar to plastic injection molding, but liquid injection molding is a process in which the material is injected through the feeding system after the mold is closed, then heating and injecting to be silicone products, and the flow rate of liquid silicone is much faster than plastic materials. It requires much tighter tolerances than compression molding. Our silicone molding engineers are with over 20 years experience in liquid injection molding, can produce flash free custom silicone products.
Silicone Overmolding
Silicone over-molding can be divided into liquid silicone injection over-molding or solid silicone compression over-molding, it’s a second molding process of silicone material with another kind of plastic, metal, fabric or silicone part. Our factory has manufactured thousands of custom silicone overmolding products, and has been the top precision custom silicone over-molded products in China since 2016.
Plastic Injection Molding
To well serve customers demands, Yejia Optical has set up two divisions, the silicone division and the optical division, we have about 300 sets of SUMITOMO plastic injection molding machines, no matter it's a small tiny optical lens or a large household products, our team can adjust and meet customers requirements accordingly.
SILICONE MOLDING
Production Workshop I
The workshop has 12 sets liquid injection molding machines and 6 sets compression moulding machines for the production of silicone gaskets, waterproof silicone parts, silicone sleeves and other custom silicone products. 20 sets 50 times CCD magnification inspection instruments are available to improve the efficiency of inspection of many tiny customized silicone parts.
Production Workshop II
The workshop has 14 sets of liquid injection molding machines and is set up as a 100,000 clean production workshop, mainly producing VR silicone covers, silicone watch bands, silicone ear plugs, silicone ear hooks and other electronic consumer liquid silicone products. In order to protect the environment, we have also set up 2 UV activated surface treatment lines, which is not like oil spraying, it uses UV light to change the surface of silicone products to make it less static, and makes product surface feels like baby skin.
Production Workshop III
This workshop is a class 100,000 clean room dedicated to the production of optical silicon lens and medical silicone products, with 9 sets ARBURG horizontal liquid injection molding machines and 3 sets precision vertical liquid injection molding machines, equipped with a class 10,000 inspection room and EVERFINE GO-HD5 automotive and signal Goniophotometers for light performance testing. We highly welcome custom silicon lenses and other custom silicone products.
Silicone Valve Workshop
The silicone valve automatic punching production workshop is also set up according to the 100,000 class clean workshop standard and it comes with 3 sets AOI measuring instruments. The automatic punching equipment is independently developed by our engineering team, and the non-standard custom punching equipment is equipped with inspection function, which not only improves the production capacity and testing efficiency, but also reduces the defective rate, welcome to customized silicone valves.
